Whether you want unlimited access to all our classes and amenities or just want to stop by every other day for a quick cardio session Make the commitment to your health and contact any of our membership advisors to schedule your visit. All we ask for is a small once off R400 joining fee!

Once off Class
Just want to pop in and catch a once off class without having a membership? Just pay our once off class fee and you are allowed access to anyone of our classes at any time for one session.

Golden Oldies
Improve your mobility, motor skills as well as co-ordination in a safe environment that goes to your pace and ability. This option gives a month to month option to only our Golden oldies classes. Generally reserved for our member 50 years and over.

Month to month class option giving your children (5 years - 12 years) access to our kiddies kickboxing Classes.
